With a bit of confidence built up from last week, and a new program mapping out my Ultraman campaign, I dived head first (literally) into the next 8 week training block.

Monday started with a 5km swim. I flew to Darwin on Monday night and had a quality 21km run in Darwin on Tuesday. The rest of the week was fairly consistent, building up for my weekend key sessions.

Midday 3.5hr Tempo ride 100km

Saturday Morning 5hr 15min long ride. Cairns to Walkamin via Port Douglas, Julatten, Mt Molloy 165km
Sunday Morning Easy 2.5km swim session with wetsuit in Lake Tinaroo 2.5km
Morning Easy 3hr long run. Lake Tinaroo to Walkamin 28km
